Weekly plan and unit plan

Type in the tasks and pick the week. You get an A4 plan with a tick box for each day, a column for checking and room for the parent signature. As a weekly plan or as a unit plan over several weeks.

What kind of plan?

The weekly plan has a tick per day, Monday to Friday, and its own sheet for every week. The unit plan has one tick per week and fits on one sheet, with a parent signature for each week.

Any date in the first week is enough, the plan starts on the Monday.

Weekly plan: that many sheets, one per week (1 to 6). Unit plan: that many columns on one sheet (1 to 8).

Head of the plan

You can leave all of this out. Without a name the sheet keeps a line to fill in, so you can copy the plan for the whole class. What you enter stays on this page, your browser remembers nothing.

Tasks

At most 24 lines of 100 characters each. A line that starts with a plus sign and a space is an extra task and appears under its own heading.

When printing, choose “Actual size” or “100%”. If a name is on the plan, do not pin it up in the open.

Nothing leaves this device. Names and tasks stay in your browser, the PDF is created here and is not uploaded.

How it works
  1. 01Choose the kind of plan, the start and the number of weeks.
  2. 02Type in the task areas, one per line. The preview shows the first page.
  3. 03Download the PDF, print it and copy it for the class.

Ticks and checking. The child ticks a task when it is done. In the “Checked” column the teacher adds a tick. Below the plan there is room for notes and a line for “Seen on” and the parent signature.

Unit plan. The columns W1, W2 and so on are the weeks of the unit. Below the table there is a field for the parent signature for each week.

Limits. Only the Helvetica font, which every PDF program knows: characters outside Western Europe appear as question marks, and the page tells you. A4 portrait, black on white. The tool does not enter holidays or days off.
