04What is this site about?
bnkz.de is a private, non-commercial project. There are no ads, no paid features and no user accounts. The tools are free and will stay free. No goods or services are sold. That is why there are no general terms and conditions (AGB), and I do not take part in consumer dispute resolution proceedings.
05Liability for content
The tools and texts are built, checked and tested with care. Still, no warranty is given for correctness, completeness and constant availability. You use them at your own risk: Please check important results yourself, for example tax amounts or converted values, and always keep your original files. The calculators and texts do not replace tax, legal or professional advice.
I am responsible for my own content on these pages under the general laws (Section 7 (1) of the German Digital Services Act, § 7 Abs. 1 DDG). Liability for damage resulting from the use of the free tools is excluded, unless there is intent or gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.
06Liability for links
In a few places this site links to other websites, for example to the projects of the free software it uses. I have no influence on their content. The respective provider is responsible for it. At the time of linking, no legal violations were apparent. If I become aware of a legal violation, I will remove the link immediately.
07Copyright
The texts, the design and my own program code on this site are subject to German copyright law. Files that you edit with the tools remain yours: They do not leave your device, and I do not obtain any rights to them.
