Reward chart and pocket money plan
Type in the tasks and set the value of one star. You get a poster for the fridge with one star for each task and day, plus a settlement sheet for several weeks. Parents and child can see what earns how much pocket money.
Who is it for, and which week?
You can leave both out. Without a date the poster keeps a line to fill in. What you enter stays on this page, your browser remembers nothing.
Tasks
At most 12 tasks of 60 characters each. There is one star for every task and day. Pick tasks your child can manage alone.
Pocket money and reward
You can leave this out too. Without an amount the plan only counts stars.
In euros, for example 0.10. The poster works out what all the stars of one week are worth.
Preview
The preview appears in a moment.
When printing, choose “Actual size” or “100%”. The poster is meant for the fridge or the bedroom door. Your child colours in the stars.
Nothing leaves this device. The name, tasks and amounts stay in your browser, the PDF is created here and is not uploaded.
How it works
- 01Type in the tasks and, if you like, the amount per star and a reward.
- 02The preview shows the poster, with the value of all the stars of one week.
- 03Download the PDF and print it. At the weekend you count the stars with your child and enter them in the settlement.
Sum. Stars times the amount per star, in whole cents and without rounding. At €0.10 per star and 35 possible stars that is at most €3.50 a week. The settlement has a lookup list in steps of five.
Reward. From the number of stars you enter there is the reward, for example a trip. It is printed at the bottom of the poster.
Limits. Only the Helvetica font, which every PDF program knows: characters outside Western Europe appear as question marks, and the page tells you. A4 portrait. The stars are orange outlines that also show up in a black and white print. How much pocket money suits which age is for you to decide in your family, the tool gives no advice on it.
